Payments Accepted
A deposit is required to book a service and we accept cash or Paypal to pay the balance after completion of a job
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice to cancel a booking, to allow us to try and fill that booking with another oven clean. If less than 24 hours notice is given we reserve the right to charge you for the services you booked.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Although the greatest care is taken to ensure you are entirely happy with our services, in the unlikely event that you are not, we will come back and clean your oven until you are entirely satisfied.
